Tata kelola TI (Pengantar)

Tidak mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai definisi tata kelola TI. Cukup banyak definisi tata kelola TI dikembangkan. Berikut adalah beberapa definisi tata kelola TI.

IT Governance is the responsibility of the Board of Directors and executive management, it is an integral part of enterprise governance and consist of the leadership and organizational structures and processes that ensure that the organization’s IT sustains and extends the organization’s strategy and objectives. (IT Governance Institute, 2001)

Specifying the decision rights and accountability framework to encourage desirable behaviour in using IT. (Peter Weill & Jeanne W Ross – MIT, 2004)

The system by which the current and future use of ICT is directed and controlled. It involves evaluating and directing the plans for the use of ICT to support the organization and monitoring this use to achieve plans. It includes the strategy and policies for using ICT within an organization. (Australian Standard on Corporate Governance of ICT, 2005)

Walaupun terdapat sedikit perbedaan diantara pengertian diatas tetapi terfokus pada masalah yang sama  yaitu menjamin keberhasilan hubungan antara TI dan strategi organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Manajemen TI merupakan salah satu bagian dalam proses Tata Kelola TI (Van Grembegen, 2002). Terdapat perbedaan antara Manajemen TI dan Tata Kelola TI. Manajemen TI menitik beratkan pada dukungan pada jalannya operasional TI sedangkan Tata Kelola TI terlihat lebih holistik yang mempertemukan dan mentransformasikan kebutuhan TI sekarang dan yang akan datang menyngkut kebutuhan berkembangnya organisasi.

Install Mapserver di MacBook Leopard

Setelah migrate from windows trus ubuntu, skrg gw pake mac. Nah masalah muncul nih, gw harus nginstall mapserver and uborampenya buat project gw, masa’ gw hrs install dual boot mac ama linux atau mac ama win. Gw paling nggak suka pake dual boot. pake win aja, ubuntu aja atau mac aja buat kerja .. kalo server mah tetep aja pake debian :D

skip..skip..
nah setelah liat2 and baca2 ternyata di Mac secara default udah terinstal Apache 2.2 tinggal diaktifin doang, ama phpnya malah.
cara aktifinnya ==> buka system preference trus sharing and idupin web sharing.. and voila buka browser ketik http://localhost/ atau http://localhost/~username-mu :D yang filenya tersimpan di /Users/yourname/Sites/
Terus setelah itu download mapserver yang udah diport ke mac di sini , Download berikut dependency nya di disini

Sebelumnya instal Xcode yang bisa didownload di sini. nah kalo dah selesai donloadnya maka mulai upacara install

  • Install Xcode
  • Install Freetype
  • Install UnixIOFramework
  • Install GeosFramwork
  • Install Sqlite
  • Install Proj
  • Install Gdal
  • Trus Install PHP5
  • dan enable-kan services php5 cgi dengan run sudo sh phpenable.sh cgi5
  • Baru install Mapserver

And Voila dah jalan mapserver + php-mapscriptmu dengan baik
